The personal data we collect and store in our website database about you and your dog includes:

• Your name and email address
• Your dog’s name
• Both your and your dog’s details are collected by your therapist and stored in your therapist’s online database. No other therapist using this resource will have access to any of your details.

Your contact details will only be used in relation to your dog’s home exercise programme and will not be passed on to any third parties without your express permission in advance.

The information we hold on your dog will be used as a record of your dog’s home exercise programmes recommended by your therapist. This information will only be shared with you, your dog’s vet/s or other professionals relating to the care and treatment of your animal and only with your permission.

CYC securely stores your data on a designated server via 123Reg in EU-based data centres.

CYC will keep your details listed above for the duration of your use of the resource. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data within 30days.

You have the right to ask for your details to be erased from our database at any time.  Please note this will result in you no longer having access to your exercise programme.
